I have been using this app for four months because my therapist suggested I get some apps for my high anxiety. He listened to this one and liked it. Its been good and Ive got some of the others as well from the same company. With the new 8 hours addition they did on an update, it helps me sleep thru the whole night. I would LOVE IT of they had a "just meditation" app as well. (Make a meditation app.)

Works like a charm. Use it a night to fall asleep to and reduce anxiety Have it do one hypnosis followed by two cycles of just the back ground music.

Ive been having physical anxiety symptoms for a few months now that all began when I started college. Desperately looking for an answer I came across this app and figured Id give it a shot. After a few days my symptoms reduced and Im feeling much better already. I would recommend this app its great!

First of all; make sure youre 100% hypnotizable before you buy the apps because otherwise youll end up like me and completely wasting money. I participated in a stage hypnotism show and found myself partially under but got knocked out of it. It removed my skepticism about hypnotherapy at least so I decided to try it with these apps. Then, thanks for Murphys law, I started a new regular therapist 2 days later who helped me discover that I am an HSP (highly sensitive person) and people with this condition cannot fully be hypnotized. Greaaaaat! And because this company has a no refund policy, Im screwed out a good deal of money (since I foolishly bought a bundle) with apps I cant even use now. The most theyve ever done for me is calm me down due to its mellow sound but with only 2 induction options it became predictable and the womans voice became irritating to me rather than soothing. The stage hypnotherapist was more successful with me than these apps! Im incredibly bummed with this over all. I think for the price they charge and no refund policy, they should have more inductions and different voice options because everyone finds different voices soothing and others not. So all in all, BUYER BEWARE! Plus after dealing with their "customer service" it became more apparrent to me that they dont actually care about helping people, just making money off of impressionable minds. *Sigh*.

Im not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. I am also a highly sensitive person and these apps help me a lot, especially with anxiety! The one for weight loss has made me much more aware of the choices I make. The more I listen the more I am able to apply the calming effects to other areas of my life, not just while listening. I bought a bundle and am glad I did!

It was just what I needed. I have purchased all the programs Surf City offers and am very pleased with them.
