One tool in your box

I wouldnt see this app as being the "one step" anxiety cure. But in conjunction with therapy, possibly medication it can be an additional tool I use to induce relaxed states of mind.

To be honest, it usually makes me fall asleep and sometimes I do wake shortly afterwards with reduced anxiety, so it does its intended purpose in that regard. I am not sure about it offering Sustained relief but I have been using it for about 2 weeks now.
